Another Breakfast

This is just a little something the gf whipped up for breakfast last weekend. Honestly, what did I ever do to deserve to be this lucky? We had poached eggs on toast that also included sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese, plus some herbs on top (have no idea which ones). There was also bacon, mango, and banana. Add some great Intelligentsia coffee and I'm in heaven.
Add to this we were able to eat out on our balcony. Very good breakfast, very good morning.
